Each session will include often include a mixture of modalities and whatever tool or type of bodywork that is needed. While I tend to be on the deeper side with pressure this may not always be indicated and in some cases is contraindicated, meaning that deeper isn't always better. Before each session we will discuss your history including any and all injuries, chronic conditions, lifestyle, the reason for your visit, and what your goals are.
